PRIVATE NOTICE QUESTION

Honourable Leader of the Opposition, Mr Paul Raymond Bérenger, GCSK, MP, has given notice of the following Private Notice Question which he proposes to put to the Honourable Minister of Finance and Economic Development at the sitting to be held today, Tuesday 13 October 2015 at 11.30 a.m.
To ask the Honourable Minister of Finance and Economic Development –
Whether, in regard to the four major projects involving companies from the People’s Republic of China and the Highlands Project, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain information as to if –
a) an agreement has been signed concerning Jin Fei;
b) the letter of intent issued concerning the Bain des Dames Fishing Port Project will be made public;
c) the Yihe Group has agreed to Government’s new proposal concerning the Roches Noires Project;
d) a joint venture for the Domaine les Pailles Project has been set-up and, if so, indicate the components thereof; and
e) finance for the Highlands Project has been secured?
