PNQ SUR LE RECRUTEMENT DE 60 MEDECINS – 23 OCTOBRE 2015

Le PM rejette la proposition d’annuler l’exercice de Paul Bérenger

La PNQ du leader de l’opposition de ce vendredi 23 octobre axée sur le récent recrutement de 60 médecins par le ministère de la Santé était adressée au Premier ministre. Paul Bérenger a demandé à ce dernier :“Whether, in regard to the recent recruitment of 60 medical practitioners as Medical Health Officers at the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life and to the national stir caused by the exercise, he will – (a) state if – (i) his Office is in presence of complaints in relation thereto; and (ii) consideration will be given for the recruitment exercise to be cancelled and for a fresh one to be carried out by the Public Service Commission; and (b) for the benefit of the House, obtain from the – (i) Equal Opportunities Commission, information asto if it is in presence of complaints in relation thereto and; (ii) Public Service Commission, information as to – (A) if it is in presence of complaints in relation thereto; and (B) the reasons why it had delegated its recruitment powers to the Ministry of Health and Quality of Life for this exercise?”

Dans sa réponse le Premier ministre a déclaré qu’il a été informé que l’exercice d’interview a été mené en prenant en compte les conditions imposées par la PSC. Il a ajouté qu’il a accusé réception de plaintes venant de candidats, qui n’ont pas été choisis et qui se sentent lésés avec cet exercice. J’ai également pris note des protestations, qui ont été adressées à l’Equal Opportunities Commission et à l’Independent Commission Against Corruption avec copies au PMO.Paul Bérenger est revenu avec la proposition d’une annulation de ces recrutements au nom de la transparence. Le PM a rejeté cette proposition du leader de l’opposition en déclarant qu’ils ont été recrutés sur une base temporaire.
