Message to Prime Minister-elect Justin Trudeau

Dear Hon. Trudeau,
It is with great satisfaction and delight that I have followed the march of the Liberal Party back to the helm of affairs in Canada. Your resounding victory at the just concluded polls, despite the tight call predicted by many, is evidence of the fact that the majority in your country espouses the values and principles you and your party stand for and adheres to the vision you have for Canada.
I am particularly pleased to note a concordance of those values and principles with those of my own party, the MMM. We also share a common aspiration for a more inclusive and democratic society where all citizens are justly represented.
As you prepare to steer Canada onto a new path of progress, equality and social justice, I wish to extend to you my very best wishes and those of the MMM in your exalting mission. I have no doubt that under your leadership Canada’s contribution for a more just and fairer world will be heralded.
