La responsabilité de KPMG dans l’affaire BAI, le remboursement des victimes du Super Cash Back Gold et les salaires et conditions de service des ambassadeurs en poste a l’étranger et ceux d’Arjoon Suddhoo au MRC  sont parmi  les interpellations inscrites à l’agenda de la prochaine séance parlementaire par  les députés du MMM. 

The Honourable First Member for Port Louis South and Port Louis Central (Mr Uteem) To ask the Honourable Minister of Financial Services, Good Governance and Institutional Reforms – Whether, in regard to the former BAI Co. (Mtius) Ltd., he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Financial Reporting Council, the Financial Services Commission and the Special Administrators thereof, information as to if they have conducted inquiries into the role played by KPMG as the auditor thereof and, if so, indicate the actions taken in relation thereto, if any?
  To ask the Honourable Prime Minister, Minister of Home Affairs, External Communications and National Development Unit, Minister of Finance and Economic Development – Whether, in regard to the VIP lounges at the Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, he will state the criteria for eligibility thereto on behalf of the State and table the list of the persons to whom the said facilities have been extended, since March 2015 to date, indicating in each case, the reasons therefor?
 To ask the Honourable Minister of Financial Services, Good Governance and Institutional Reforms – Whether, in regard to the change in ownership of Taysun Corporate Services Ltd. in 2017, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Financial Services Commission, information as to the date on which the application therefor was (a) received and (b) approved, indicating who approved same?

To ask the Honourable Minister of Arts and Culture – Whether, in regard to the contracts for the accommodation of the pilgrims for the 2016 Hajj pilgrimage in Makkah and Madinah respectively, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Islamic Cultural Centre, information as to (a) the procurement procedure followed therefor (b) who negotiated and signed the contracts on behalf of the Centre (c) who authorized the execution of the contracts and (d) if there has been any breach of contract in respect thereof?
The Honourable First Member for Beau Bassin and Petite Rivière (Mr Bhagwan) To ask the Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs, Regional Integration and International Trade – Whether, in regard to the Ambassadors, he will give the list thereof, indicating in each case the (a) posting and terms and conditions of appointment thereof and (b) number of overseasmissions effected as at to date, indicating the (i) countries visited (ii) purposes thereof and (iii) amount of per diem and other allowances paid thereto?
To ask the Honourable Minister of Technology, Communication and Innovation – Whether, in regard to Mr A. S., Executive Director of the Mauritius Research Council, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Council, information as to the (a) terms and conditions of appointment thereof, indicating the (i) total monthly pay packet thereof, including the allowances and (b) parastatal bodies or Government-owned companies of which he is the Chairperson or a Board Member, giving details as to the remuneration paid thereto in each case?
To ask the Honourable Minister of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport – Whether, in regard to Mr P. K. P., Human Resources Manager of the National Transport Corporation, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Corporation, information as to the date and terms and conditions of appointment thereof, including the total monthly pay packet thereof?
 To ask the Honourable Minister of Public Infrastructure and Land Transport – Whether, in regard to the Terre Rouge Verdun Link Road, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Road Development Authority, information as to when the contract was awarded for the carrying out of the last leg of repair works thereat, indicating the (a) name of the contractor thereof (b) contract value thereof (c) expected completion date thereof and (d) actions initiated to recover the said costs from the contractor of the main Project therefor, namely Colas, on the same basis as the one regarding the Ring Road failure?
The Honourable Third Member for Grand River North West and Port Louis West (Mr Baloomoody) To ask the Honourable Prime Minister, Minister of Home Affairs, External Communications and National Development Unit, Minister of Finance and Economic Development – Whether, in regard to Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd., he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain therefrom, information as to the total cost of the renovation of the offices thereof, indicating the (a) name of the contractor therefor and (b) procurement procedure followed therefor?
To ask the Honourable Minister of Social Security, National Solidarity, and Environment and Sustainable Development – Whether, in regard to the Basic Retirement Pension, he will state the number of beneficiaries thereof who are equally living with a disability or who are dependent on carers, indicating if consideration will be given for a review of the present policy consisting of the beneficiaries thereof losing the benefit of the Basic Invalidity Pension on becoming eligible therefor and for the introduction of alternative measures in respect of the specific needs of elderly persons with disabilities?
To ask the Honourable Minister of Education and Human Resources, Tertiary Education and Scientific Research – Whether, in regard to the Hot Meal Programme for the Zone d’Education Prioritaire schools, she will state the (a) date of implementation thereof and (b) names of the contractors for the supply of hot meals, indicating (i) the procurement procedure followed therefor and (ii) if consultations were held with the supplier, prior to the award of the contracts?

H., he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the State Property Development Company Ltd./and Landscope (Mauritius) Ltd., information as to the (a) mode of recruitment thereof and date of appointment thereat (b) terms and conditions of appointment thereof, indicating the make and model of the car put at the disposal thereof and (c) number of overseas missions attended, indicating the (i) countries visited (ii) duration thereof (iii) composition of the delegations and (iv) total expenses incurred?  
To ask the Honourable Minister of Financial Services, Good Governance and Institutional Reforms – Whether, in regard to the Super Cash Back Gold policy holders of the former BAI Co. (Mtius) Ltd., he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the National Property Fund Ltd., information as to the number thereof having selected repayment under Option 1 and Option 2, respectively, indicating (a) the agreed amount of money and the terms of repayment thereof (b) if those having selected repayment under Option 1 will be paid 20 per cent of their invested capital by 30 June 2017, as undertaken by the Fund and (c) the amount due for 30 June 2017 and the subsequent remaining balance and the quantum presently available for disbursement on 30 June 2017?
To ask the Honourable Minister of Local Government and Outer Islands – Whether, in regard to each of the hawking sites at the Decaen and Immigration Squares, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Municipal Council of Port Louis, information as to (a) the number thereof, indicating in each case the number of stalls available thereat and (b) if consideration will be given for the (i) covering thereof and (ii) provision of adequate toilet facilities thereat and, if not, why not?

 The Honourable Fourth Member for Beau Bassin and Petite Rivière (Mr Quirin) To ask the Honourable Minister of Youth and Sports – Whether, in regard to football, he will, for the benefit of the House, obtain from the Mauritius Football Association, information as to the (a) results obtained by Club M, competition wiz and the list of the respective managers thereof, since January 2015 to date and (b) actions taken following the unsatisfactory results obtained by the Club M against Comoros in March 2017, which resulted in the non-qualification thereof for the preliminary of the CAN 2019?
